Superior 100% Cotton Rope is made from unbleached short cotton fibers allowing it to pull apart easily reducing risk of entanglement. It is manufactured exclusively for bird toys with safety it's top priorty. We think this rope is the greatest. When you pull the ends it comes off in little puffs not strings to get tangled around toes and such. Not only is it soft but it's durable and strong as well. We carry it in two sizes. The smaller 5/16" works well with 1/4" holes.
