There is no minimum order. Feel free to order as much or as little as you like. Your toys and parts will be packaged neatly with your parts separated into plastic bags.
Please allow aproximately 3-7 days for us to process your order. We apologize for this lengthy time but toys are handmade and some take many hours to complete. Most parts orders will be ready with in 1-2 days. When your order is ready I will email you a paypal invoice and once I receive payment confirmation your package will be shipped no later than the following business day.
Shipping charges are computed by zip code and weight so you pay the actual price it cost to ship your order. We ship mostly by USPS or Fedex whichever is least expensive.
International orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail only. Please check with your customs office before ordering. Because of the many different laws and regulations of each country, it is up to you to know what toys or items you order will be allowed through customs. We do not refund or replace any items customs deems unsafe to be delivered.
To help prevent risk of exposure to any bird diseases we do not allow merchandise to be returned nor do we sell at bird shows or bird fairs. If there is a problem with any toy or part please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

Right now we are only set up to take payments through Paypal. We will accept a personal check or money order but your order will not ship until it has cleared the bank. Orders paid with E-checks will also not ship until the e-check has cleared through Paypal. West Virginia residents are required to pay an additional 6% sales tax.
