There is no minimum order. Feel free to order as much or as little as you like. Your toys and parts will be packaged neatly with your parts separated into plastic bags. I do not buy cardboard boxes for shipping but use clean boxes from grocery and dept. stores. Not only is this a good way to recycle but keeps costs down. (For safety reasons I will not use any box that had meats, or other "wet" parishables in it.)
Please allow 3-7 days for us to process your order. We apologize for this lengthy time but toys are handmade and some take many hours to complete. When your order is ready I will email you a paypal invoice and once I receive confirmation your package will be shipped.
Shipping charges are computed by zip code and weight. We ship mostly by USPS or Fedex and will insure each package. If for any reason your box is damaged in shipping please let the carrier know for reimbursement of damages.
To help prevent risk of exposure to any bird diseases we do not allow merchandise to be returned nor do we sell at bird shows or bird fairs. If there is a problem with any toy or part please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

Right now we are only set up to take payments through Paypal. We will accept a personal check or money order but your order will not ship until it has cleared the bank. Orders paid with E-checks will also not ship until the e-check has cleared through Paypal. West Virginia residents must pay an additional 6% sales tax. Sorry.
